Musical Shapes

This was a personal project, set out to really test the limits of the Super 3D Script by Motion Design School. The time had come to finally create 3D shapes right within After Effects, with the ability to texture and light the scene with just a few simple buttons!

But how flexible and easy to use, was this magical 3D tool?

I set up a few different scenes and animated to a funky sound track to really test out what this script could do. To add my own spin, I also incorporated some hand-drawn elements to it along with some gritty textures to really help bring the animation to life and create a mixed media feel.
